pathic pain, a condition of abnormal painful sensation in different body parts due to damage in a part of the brain responsible for sensing the external stimuli. Gabapentin+Methylcobalamin is available in the form of tablet, capsule. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about all the medicines and supplements you take and all the conditions or diseases you suffer from, before starting gabapentin+methylcobalamin.

Gabapentin+Methylcobalamin is used for the treatment of neuropathic pain (pain due to nerve damage).

When should one not use Gabapentin+Vitamin B12 / Mecobalamin / Cynocobalamin / Methylcobalamin
- If you are allergic to gabapentin, methylcobalamin, or similar medicines
- If you are suffering from an eye condition due to excess consumption of tobacco especially cigar and pipe
- It should not be used to treat anaemia, especially in pregnant women

Interactions with other medicines
- Some medicines can affect the way gabapentin+methylcobalamin works, or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time. Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements, or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction....
- Especially if you are taking medicines to treat your heart problems, psychiatric illnesses, high blood pressure, diabetes, abnormal cholesterol levels, asthma, infection, or are taking medicines like blood thinners, pain killers, immunomodulatory medicines....
- This medicine should not be taken at the same time with antibiotics especially tetracycline as it can reduce the effectiveness of antibiotics.
- Antacids should be taken with a gap of two hours after taking this combination

Overdose
Symptoms of overdose include diarrhoea, drowsiness, double vision, slurred speech. Seek urgent medical help if you suspect an overdose.
Missed a Dose
If you have missed any dose of gabapentin+methylcobalamin then take it as soon as you remember. If it is already time for the next dose then skip the missed dose and follow the regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed one....
